1. Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, all tea purchases are final sale. As food items, they cannot be returned once they have left our facility for safety and quality reasons.
For non-food items, if you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us and we’ll guide you through our return process.

2. What if my items are defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to review the issue and find a suitable solution.
While we are not responsible for damages caused during transit after the items have left our facility, we will do our best to support you and help resolve the situation.
