Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Where we ship

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

2. Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

3. Processing & delivery times

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to review the issue and find a suitable solution.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 2–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location.

 

While we are not responsible for damages caused during transit after the items have left our facility, we will do our best to support you and help resolve the situation.

4. Shipping rates & regions

We offer flat rate shipping across Canada​

Free shipping on orders over $50

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For remote regions (e.g. Yukon, Nunavut), shipping rates may vary. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a custom quote.

5. Order handling

All orders are shipped via our trusted shipping partners. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will do our best to assist if any issues arise.
